CCLA Group's Ocampo Corner Project is a mixed-use real estate development in downtown Monterrey. It consists of 14 levels and 38,000 square meters of construction for residential and commercial use, parking, roof garden, common areas and amenities.
Axioma participated in the management and supervision of the construction of the building, coordinating 12 contractors from different fields (electromechanical and plumbing installations, hvac, civil works, locks, finishes, etc.), to integrate them into an orderly process of mass production of 316 apartments.

Thanks to our long experience and skilled team, we minimized interference between contractors so that they could work in their areas using the BIM (Building Interphase Model) program. We also incorporated our process methodologies for mass production, i.e., working on different fronts simultaneously to speed up construction and free up areas and spaces for different contractors and suppliers to synchronize their activities efficiently.
